We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available.
Free U.S. shipping on $25+ after discounts
Free economy or standard shipping applies when the order subtotal is $25 or more after discounts, before tax. If a discount reduces the subtotal below $25, shipping charges apply. Expedited or priority options may cost extra. Check the final shipping charge before paying.
Where your order ships from
Eligible products are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Products not fulfilled through MCF are shipped from Jason Home in California. Orders containing products from different fulfillment locations may arrive in separate packages.
Processing and delivery
Please allow 1–5 business days for order processing. For Jason Home shipments, economy transit is generally 5–8 business days and standard transit is generally 3–4 business days after processing. Amazon-fulfilled delivery depends on available inventory, destination and the selected service. Amazon Prime delivery times should not be assumed for a QueenVibes order. Available services and any delivery estimates are shown at checkout; carrier delays can occur.
Shipping charges
Below $25 after discounts, charges depend on fulfillment location, package weight, destination and selected service. Jason Home economy rates currently start at $4.90 for packages up to 5 lb; heavier packages and faster services cost more. Amazon-fulfilled rates may differ. The final available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

Returns
30-day returns on eligible unused items. Customers pay ordinary return shipping; approved refunds go to the original payment method. Used items and opened disposable nipple covers are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are handled at no additional cost after verification.
